Hybrid working pattern: two days per week in the office
Full-time, Fixed-term Contract (One year)
As the Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will drive forward their ambitious plans to revamp their website and utilise digital technologies to expand their reach and impact. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will:
Lead website redevelopment: Manage day-to-day activities to overhaul their website, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of their users.
Drive digital innovation: Explore new digital tools and strategies to enhance their services and engage their audience effectively.
Empower colleagues: Provide training and support to enable all staff to maximise digital opportunities and amplify their charity's message.
What you'll bring:
- Project management expertise: Strong skills in managing digital projects from conception to completion.
- Digital proficiency: Deep understanding of digital tools and methodologies, including Agile and content management systems.
- Stakeholder engagement: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders of all levels, both internally and externally.
- Inclusive communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex digital concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
