Sean joined TPP in 2019 with 6 years of fundraising recruitment experience to focus on the recruitment of individual giving, legacy fundraising and digital fundraising specialists. Sean’s approach is very consultative, taking the time to understand both his clients’ and candidates’ needs, providing advice and support throughout the process. He prides himself on developing strong and lasting relationships along with his knowledge within the market. Sean’s passion for fundraising grew from working as a Fundraising Assistant early on in his career along with the volunteer work he has done over the years.
Why did you join TPP?
After working at a competitor for a number of years I wanted to join an agency that took fundraising recruitment more seriously and had a better reputation with clients.

Buying my own house
