  • Engage with suitable candidates who meet the requirements of the role, screening fully for suitability and genuine interest in the role and organisation.
  • Advise and support suitable candidates throughout the application process.
  • Present a suitable shortlist for your review.
  • Arrange interviews, tasks, presentation or tests.
  • Support and prepare all candidates for interview.
  • Support and advice to hiring manager/interview panel as required
  • Manage the feedback process to ensure all parties are kept fully informed at all times.
  • Manage the offer process ensuring all the required information is shared.
  • Stay in regular contact with both parties during the notice period to help with facilitating a smooth and comfortable onboarding process.
  • Gather feedback post start date and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome.
