TPP are recruiting for a Certified Training & Education Manager on behalf of our client, a longstanding professional membership and awarding body.

Benefits - Certified Training & Education Manager:

Salary: c. £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Employment type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

o 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday with 45 minutes lunch

o 9am-4pm Friday with 1 hour lunch

Working arrangements: Hybrid working (office in London)

Other: Significant investment in employee CPD

The Role - Certified Training & Education Manager:

As the Certified Training & Education Manager you?ll join a small team within an organisation that nurtures a culture of ongoing improvement, with a strong focus on staff development. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers a superior level of customer service to potential and existing training and education providers, Technical Assessors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities - Certified Training & Education Manager:

Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Assurance Officers and an Assurance Coordinator. Conduct regular performance reviews, recruit and train new staff, drive motivation and enhance performance.

Stakeholder engagement: Develop positive relationships with training and education providers, addressing their needs and concerns whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Quality assurance: Implement processes for approving training partners, certified courses, and university programmes. Monitor and measure the performance of training and education providers, investigating potential issues and submitting performance reports.

Monitor and measure: Track and assess how well training and education providers are doing, find and look into any issues, and send performance reports when needed.

Compliance and investigations: Manage risk-based monitoring activities, including audits and observations. Lead investigations related to certified training and education.

Process improvement: Continuously enhance team processes and communication to improve the provider and learner experience, streamline operations, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Financial management: Manage income and expenditure related to Certified Training & Education, adhering to budgeting and business planning timelines.

Collaboration: Establish effective working relationships with internal teams and external providers.

Skills and Experience required - Certified Training & Education Manager:

  • Experience in managing quality assurance activities related to training and education.
  • Excellent leadership skills ? proven track record managing and motivating teams.
  • Ability to build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective planning, time-management, and monitoring abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with CRM databases and MS Office.

2 stages;

o 1st stage online

Scheduled for the week commencing 12th May 2024

o 2nd stage in person (London)
