Working from home

88% of respondents said their organisation allows working from home on an ad hoc basis.

The below graph shows the percentage of respondents who would be enticed to apply for a job if they could work from home ‘some’ of the time and ‘all’ of the time, split by job function. These results show the importance of informing job seekers of the types of flexible working available at the point of attracting candidates; the job advert. The results also show that job seekers are not looking to work from home full-time and still value being able to work within a team environment.

The table below shows the average number of ‘work from home’ days offered per year (and what this equates to per month on average.)
