Resourcing Consultant With over 10 years’ experience in senior recruitment including supporting charities, membership organisations and Higher Education providers, Brigitte is a highly-skilled resourcer. After graduating with a degree in Career Counselling in Montreal, Brigitte commenced her career at CGI, an international IT Consultancy recruiting Business Intelligence Analysts and Programmers for the banking sector. She then spent three years working for a generalist recruitment consultancy, on a variety of roles, from legal and IT staff to senior engineers and sales & marketing professionals. Brigitte relocated to London in 2011, initially sourcing senior fundraising professionals for the Higher Education sector and charities. She joined TPP in 2014 and has since worked on senior appointments across fundraising, programmes and finance and focusses on resourcing to CEO and Board vacancies. Brigitte has significant experience of supporting national and international searches by mapping key players in relevant organisations and identifying potential applicants. She has worked with clients such as the Stroke Association, Sense & Sense International, HelpAge International, the British Lung Foundation, The Association of Optometrists, Russell Group Universities etc. Brigitte volunteers on a weekly basis for GoodGym, the community support charity, running across London to visit an elderly, isolated person as well as for Magic Me and their “Cocktails in Care Homes” programme. She also sits on the advisory Board for Trustee Recruitment Pathways, an initiative from the charity Getting on Board which supports 30 small charities struggling to recruit the trustees they need for their charity to thrive. The Programme is testing new and low-cost methods and will produce free guidance on trustee recruitment, based on the findings of the programme.
