Recruitment Consultant - HR & Specialist Support

TPP currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful Recruitment Consultant to add to our HR & Specialist Support team, building and maintaining a temporary desk. You will work closely with two extremely successful and established consultants, and form part of a 9 person team.

The Role

The HR & Specialist Support team is the longest established of our eight divisions and has an excellent reputation. You’ll be recruiting across a wide range of support functions vital to the running of any NFP organisation. The roles are interesting and varied and cover anything from entry level support to PA, research to advocacy or project coordination through to database management. 

You’ll never be bored working in this award winning team, as the sheer range of roles makes the position varied and interesting.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally we are looking for a Temporary Consultant who has experience of recruiting for the third or public sector, although this is not essential and we will certainly consider those from commercial agencies. TPP offer a highly competitive salary and an excellent commission scheme and in return we are looking for someone who is motivated, hardworking and passionate about what they do. We have strong existing relationships with organisations and require someone who is willing to go the extra mile whilst also having the drive to seek and develop new networks and clients in this optimistic economy.
