Sarah brings extensive experience to TPP having spent a decade in the recruitment industry. Previously a member of TPP, primarily recruiting for healthcare roles. Sarah has rejoined TPP working in our Office & Specialist Support team. Over the course of her career, Sarah has developed a deep understanding of the challenges involved in identifying the right candidates for niche positions. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions and building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates with a personable and honest approach.

Sarah actively volunteers as an assistant emotional wellness coach for players at a local football club providing invaluable support and guidance to players and their well-being. Sarah spends her spare time as a devoted parent of two boys and can normally be found cheering on the sidelines of her children’s football matches.

Why did you join TPP?

Actually, a re-joiner! I have made a return to TPP after an 8-year gap! I admire everything that TPP stands for and their passion for the sector. TPP are an innovative and forward-thinking organisation with a tremendously supportive approach to their employees and I am fortunate enough to be one of them!

Unusual fact?

I have befriended two wild crows and wave at them every morning without fail! Cawcaw!

Martina Cole – anything crime and gritty!
