Lisa specialises in senior appointments across the non-profit and membership sectors. Since joining TPP in 2021, she has built extensive experience recruiting Chief Executives, Directors, senior leaders and Board Trustees, partnering with organisations through periods of growth, transformation and change.

More recently, Lisa has taken over leadership of TPP's Human Resources specialism, where she recruits across the full HR spectrum, from HR Coordinators and Advisors through to HR Directors and Chief People Officers, on both permanent and interim assignments. This dual perspective gives her a unique understanding of the leadership, governance and people challenges organisations face, enabling her to connect clients with talent that can make a meaningful impact.

Why did you join TPP? 

‘Recruitment that matters’ really struck a chord with me. I am excited to work with charities and engaging with candidates who are motivated by important issues and wanting to help.

Your greatest achievement?

My daughter Tilly – I couldn’t be more proud of her.

Unusual fact?

With the help of the RNLI Life Boat crew in Clifton Ireland - I and others hold the record for the most number of people in their local pub’s snug (39 people!)

Favourite film or book? 

Wuthering Heights – a tale of love set in the wild, bleak moorlands has stayed with me – once read never forgotten. (You guess it I’m a big romantic!)

Tea or coffee? 

Coffee in the morning and definitely, tea in the afternoon with a bickie.
