Recruitment Consultant - Fundraising & Development

TPP Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant.  This vacancy sits within our Fundraising & Development Team which is one of our longest established, enjoying many years of success and long established client and candidate relationships.  Our consultants have the pleasure of working in partnership with many varied and interesting clients and strive to find the most talented fundraisers available to ensure the success and continued work of the third sector.

The Role

The award winning Fundraising and Development team is one of the longest established of our divisions and has an excellent reputation. You’ll be recruiting across a wide range of fundraising roles covering all revenue streams. Fundraisers are largely responsible for a charity’s revenue stream and highly skilled candidates are hugely in demand, meaning our recruitment services play a vital role in supporting the sector as a whole.

The team have won the Best Recruitment Agency at the Institute of Fundraising’s “Partners in Fundraising Awards” in 2013 and 2014 and you will undoubtedly find developing a network in such an interesting and engaged sector very rewarding.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a 360 recruitment role, be motivated and interested in working within the Third Sector and be able to service existing clients as well as identify and develop new relationships with organisations in London and the surrounding home counties.  You will recruit and advise on roles which are essential in ensuring organisations have the income streams needed to fulfil their cause and deliver their vital services. The roles cover anything from an Events Officer to a Head of Fundraising or a Major Donor Manager.
