We are working with a well-established charitable organisation that is seeking a highly organised and professional Senior Administrator to provide support to a busy senior leadership office. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced office environment.
Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you'll play a key role in supporting senior leaders, managing communications and helping deliver a first-class administrative service. This position will suit someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing reliable support behind the scenes.
This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
- Monitoring inboxes and responding to enquiries appropriately
- Organising travel arrangements and hospitality requirements
- Planning and coordinating meetings, events and stakeholder visits
- Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports and meeting papers
- Taking meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions
- Managing expenses and general administrative processes
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and confidential information
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to gather information and coordinate activities
- Supporting wider operational and administrative projects as required
About You We're keen to hear from candidates who have gained experience within the charity, not-for-profit, education, membership, healthcare, faith-based or public sectors.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a senior administration, PA, team support or office management role
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong diary and inbox management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience coordinating meetings, events and administrative processes
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A reliable, professional and committed approach to work
An understanding of the Catholic Church or experience working within a faith-based organisation would be beneficial but is by no means essential. More important is a genuine respect for the organisation's values and a willingness to work within this environment.
