An internationally renowned financial membership body are looking for a Professional Development Coordinator for a fixed term contract until July 2017 to assist with the development of high quality e-learning products and analyse market research to identify the development needs of members in order to develop CPD offerings to support members throughout their careers.

As a highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual who can build strong internal and external relationships you will be working with members and professional body partners to provide access to post membership qualifications as well as a programme of free and paid for webinars and other CPD offerings.

You will have an awareness and interest in current learning and development trends and technologies in order to continually develop e-learning products by identifying the development needs of members to ensure they meet their needs and are up to date in terms of content and the latest learning trends.

As a commercially aware individual you will work with the sales, marketing and media teams to produce effective messages to members with a focus on CPD policy and support, ensuring it is understood internally and externally. You will also provide advice and guidance to UK and international markets to support the development of local CPD opportunities and input in the organisation's membership engagement growth.
