People Partner
The Children's Trust
Tadworth, Surrey | Full-time | Hybrid (3 days on site)

Every day, The Children's Trust helps children with brain injury and neurodisability to live the best life possible. As the charity continues an ambitious programme of transformation, they're looking for a People Partner to join a newly reshaped People team and help drive the next phase of its people and culture journey.

This is a broad and influential role, combining business partnering, employee relations, manager coaching and project work across wellbeing, organisational development, policy, systems and culture. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you'll help strengthen people practices, build management capability and support a positive, high-performing culture.

Joining as the final appointment into a newly created three-person People Partner team, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a People function that is moving from reactive support to strategic partnership.
