Membership Qualifications Executive, supporting the Membership Applications team and wider Membership and Education Directorate. You’ll play a key role in managing professional membership processes and helping members navigate their routes to qualification.

Role: Membership Qualifications ExecutiveOrganisation Type: Membership Organisation (Non-Profit)
Salary/Rate: £18 per hour
Working Arrangements: Hybrid – minimum 1 day per week in office
Location: London (Farringdon) and WFH
Employment Type: Temporary (Part time)
Duration: Circa 3 months, Part-Time (21 hours/week over 3 days)

The Role: As
Membership Qualifications Executive, you’ll focus on day-to-day operational and administrative activities that keep the membership process running efficiently. You’ll act as secretary to the Application and Professional Review Panel (A&PR Panel) and support broader departmental initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as secretary to the A&PR Panel, including preparing agendas, papers, minutes, and reports
- Processing a variety of membership applications, including Technician, Fellow, Associate, and other routes
- Managing resignations, reinstatements, and issuing membership certificates
- Maintaining accurate records and data in CRM systems
- Producing routine statistical reports and tracking trends in applications
- Supporting departmental initiatives and assisting with events or presentations as required
- Collaborating with colleagues across the Membership and Education Directorate and other departments.
About You: - Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Experience in processing applications, providing administrative support, or working with membership services
- Confident using IT systems, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Friendly, communicative, and collaborative, with the ability to liaise with panel members and colleagues
- Experience in professional membership processes or qualifications is desirable but not essential
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to providing excellent support to members and colleagues
