iTrent System Administrator Volunteer

We are looking for a volunteer with specialist skills in iTrent and Word, to assist the HR System Administrator with current HR practices including reviewing the existing HR correspondence process.

The HR System Administrator sits within the Data Development Team and works closely with the HR Team. Both teams provide essential support to the organisation looking after all employee data and supports employees and line managers in the work they do. This role can be done at a time and place to suit you (as long as it's a confidential environment). Initially we are looking for someone to be available any day Tuesday to Thursday, however once you are established in the role we would be happy for you to work any day of the week. Ideally you will be able to commit to volunteering a few days a month. You will be working predominantly with the HR System Administrator who works remotely.

We are specifically looking for someone who has knowledge or experience of: (not essential but would be preferable.)

• iTrent
• field codes in Word
• CLM
• E-signature tools
• SAP Business objects reporting
• project management.

We need someone that is technically minded, organised and can juggle many tasks - with excellent communications skills. You will be a team player but also happy to work independently once you have been briefed on what is required. Your ideas, experience and talents will add enormous value to the team.
