Job title: Interim Recruiter
Location: A short walk from Waterloo or Blackfriars station
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £14 - £15 an hour + holiday pay
Pattern of work: Hybrid – 1 day per week office based
Are you an experienced Recruiter with high volume recruitment experience?
This growing organisation has recently completed a merger and is growing rapidly. They work in partnership with a few NHS Trusts carrying out various tests for some critical and life changing illnesses.
As a result of their growth and the merger they have several new and urgent health acre related vacancies and require additional help in their existing recruitment and onboarding team.
In your role as Interim Recruiter, you will assist the team with;
- Screening candidates for relevant vacancies
- Using an applicant tracking system to track and update candidate records
- Manage advert responses and sharing suitable responses with hiring managers
- Manage high volume of candidate response in a timely manner
The skills you will bring to your role as an Internal Recruiter will include prior experience in a similar role, and a proven track record of managing high volume of applicants. Your strong business partnering experience in understanding a job brief and screening to assess candidate suitability will play a critical role in helping the organisation find suitable candidates for its critical hires.
