Senior Administrator to support their Executive Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide high-level support to senior leadership in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage high-volume email inboxes for senior staff
- Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, and events
- Maintain action trackers and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Take accurate minutes and distribute supporting documents
- Assist with travel planning and financial processing as required
Key Skills & Experience: - Proven experience supporting senior leadership in education or similar environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident in minute-taking and using MS Office
- Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
