Salary: £34,824 per Annum (Including London Weighting)
Contract Type: Fixed Term / Full Time (1 Year)
Working hours: 35 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Mapping Administrator to join a forward-thinking team. This is a new role designed to support the delivery of a key initiative -  the implementation of curriculum mapping within a prestigious higher education institution.

As a Curriculum Mapping Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately updating and inputting course data into Sofia, the curriculum mapping platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents into curriculum mapping software
  • Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy
  • Working closely with the project team and colleagues to understand data requirements
  • Creating processes to maintain the relevance and accuracy of course data within the curriculum mapping software
  • Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies

The successful candidate will:
  • Have previous experience working with data in a higher education setting
  • Be comfortable managing large amounts of data effectively
  • Have proficiency with tools like Excel, Word, and familiarity with VLE platforms (such as Moodle)
  • Be highly organised and detail-oriented
