CISCA House has been serving the local community since 1969, providing a caring, friendly and supportive environment for senior citizens to enjoy companionship, make new friends, and take part in a wide range of activities, outings and social events.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Chairperson to lead our dedicated working committed and support our team of valued volunteers.

The successful applicant will be able to commit a minimum of two mornings per week, together with attendance at committee meetings, functions and special events held throughout the year.

Applicants should have:

• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• A genuine interest in supporting older people within the local community

This is a voluntary, unpaid position offering the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of senior citizens. This post will commence on Monday 4^th January 2027 with a one-month lead in time.
