Director of MarComms and Head of MarComms usually require a degree or marketing related qualifications, such as CIM or IDM.
A good understanding of the whole marketing and communications function is essential, including design, digital, SEO, web design, press & PR, public affairs, campaigns, external relations.
The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines is essential. Good attention to detail and planning and analytical skills are also required.
