Like many divisions, finance teams within non-profit and public sector organisations are made up of Part Qualified and Qualified roles. The main differences between these two areas are the level and type of qualification and area of accounting , ie. transactional VS analytical.
Job titles under the Part Qualified category can vary. Applicants looking for such roles will typically be studying towards professional accounting qualifications including ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Part Qualified Accounting professionals are generally responsible for assisting with management and financial accounts and basic month end processes and reports.
Part qualified candidates can also be considered for managerial or senior level roles such as Management Accountant or Finance Manager.
