The primary focus of role as COO, is to ensure that TPP operates in an inclusive, ethical, compliant and responsive manner. With an educational background in psychology, alongside a 20+ year career in the staffing and employment industry, Tracey is proud to work in an industry that provides opportunity, growth and progression to people and the wider economy.

Tracey is an Thomas International Accredited Practitioner in a range of psychometric tools and assessments, with a keen interest in mental health & well-being, diversity & inclusion and coaching & mentoring. In 2020, Tracey started supporting Leaders Plus in a voluntary capacity as a Senior Leader Mentor on their Fellowship Programme – an award-winning Fellowship Programme supporting leaders with babies and young children, promoting a positive movement for change so that new parents can thrive in leadership roles, therefore addressing a root cause of the gender pay gap.

Why did you join TPP?

I was up for a completely different challenge, recruitment sounded interesting, rewarding and very people focussed which was perfect.

Your greatest achievement?

Aside from my children, perhaps it was leaving home at the age of 20 to live and work as an au-pair in a foreign country whilst completing my degree part-time through distance learning (the kids survived too)

Unusual fact?

I could survive on peanut butter alone
