Within the Leadership & Governance Team at TPP Lisa works with a variety of charities, membership bodies and non-profit organisations to help source senior Board hires such as CEOs, Executives, Non-Executives and Trustees.

Why did you join TPP?

‘Recruitment that matters’ really struck a chord with me. I am excited to work with charities and engaging with candidates who are motivated by important issues and wanting to help.

Unusual fact?

With the help of the RNLI Life Boat crew in Clifton Ireland - I and others hold the record for the most number of people in their local pub’s snug (39 people!)

Favourite film or book?

Wuthering Heights – a tale of love set in the wild, bleak moorlands has stayed with me – once read never forgotten. (You guess it I’m a big romantic!)

Tea or Coffee?

Coffee in the morning and definitely, tea in the afternoon with a bickie.

Your greatest achievement?

My daughter Tilly – I couldn’t be more proud of her.
