Having worked in Training and Recruitment since 2004, Veronica joined TPP as a Recruitment Administrator supporting the Office & Specialist Support team.
Veronica’s recruitment experience has been developed within the retail industry where she supported managers in all phases of recruitment from application screening to the final onboarding process. She obtained professional qualifications to enhance her development and knowledge within HR recruitment such as higher education and CIPD.
As Recruitment Administrator Veronica liaises with Consultants on their recruitment needs, assists on drafting job adverts, leads on job candidate sourcing, and supporting new and existing applicants through their job-hunting journey.
Outside of work Veronica loves to cook for friends and family, and create her own recipes. She also loves to spend time doing arts and crafts.
Why did you join TPP?
I have a passion for helping people getting into work and achieve their chosen careers. TPP offers great training and development opportunities, they have great benefits for employees such as flexitime and hybrid working. Everyone I’ve met at TPP is warm and friendly and have made me feel at home.
Your greatest achievement?
One of my greatest achievements was obtaining a certificate in higher education and getting my CIPD diploma. This has helped me to fulfil my career goal, which is working in HR/Recruitment.
In my primary school days, I played the lead role as Mary Poppins at the Hackney Empire Theatre.
Favourite film or book?
I have so many favourites, but I would say one of my top movies has to be Apocalypto.
