Chenda started her recruitment career in 2015, working on sales roles within non-profit organisations. Chenda joined TPP in 2018 and specialises on permanent office and specialist support roles.
Chenda loves travelling and going away for long weekends in the UK and Europe.
Why did you join TPP?
I really enjoyed working with non-profits in my previous role, and knew I wanted to work for an agency that focused on the sector. When I met with TPP it was clear they had a great reputation within the sector and were really passionate and knowledgeable to. I met quite a few of the team during my interviews, and everyone was so lovely I knew it would be a supportive and flexible place to work, and it really has been!
Your greatest achievement?
Buying and renovating our house. We bought a house that was really unliveable – so being able to save for the work, and to have the work done at the beginning of covid was really challenging, but I’m really proud we did it now!
Unusual fact?
When I was growing up I had a pet sheep!
Favourite film or book?
Allied, I could watch it on repeat.
