About the speaker
Woosh Raza is the driving force behind Into the Orbit Ltd, an equity-led people and culture consultancy on a mission to reshape organisational culture. He helps businesses build environments where inclusion is woven into the fabric of the company.
Recently ranked #2 on HR Magazine’s Most Influential list for 2025, following features in 2023 and 2024, he brings over 15 years of experience to the table. He has held Executive Director roles and led change across a spectrum of industries from national charities to the creative sector.
As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and trustee of the Charities HR Network, Woosh balances strategic rigour with human empathy. He is a fully accredited ILM Executive Coach who challenges leaders to govern with authenticity. Woosh also hosts the Rainbows and Bullshit podcast, creating space for candid discussions on life and leadership.
Through Into the Orbit, Woosh partners with a growing list of large organisations and household names on a retained basis, to ensure their practices are equitable and inclusive. Current clients include Alzheimer's Research UK, teenage Cancer Trust, British Heart Foundation and ZSL London Zoo.
He believes in harnessing difference as a performance enabler and ensures that equity is not just a written value but a daily reality.
