Do you enjoy speaking to people, administration tasks and have a few hours to spare a week to help your local hospice? 

Location: ellenor 42 High Street, Swanscombe, DA10 0AB

Hours: from 2-4 hrs per week

Days: Weekdays

The role

  • Scanning and printing
  • Researching and contacting potential supporters in the local area
  • Taking part in any events and other administration processes to support the fundraising team.
  • Data filling and filing 
  • Contacting organisers and suppliers for events

About you

  • You will be friendly and approachable and enjoy talking to people. 
  • You will have a good range of IT skills, especially Excel. 
  • You’ll be willing to coordinate events, contact people on behalf of ellenor and attend fundraising events as required.
