You’ll lead the strategy and day-to-day delivery of Orbis’s supporter acquisition programme, recruiting new donors across a range of fundraising products and channels.

- Salary: £45,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
- Location: London (near Charing Cross), with hybrid working – Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office
- Contract: Full-time, permanent

You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering Orbis UK's long-term supporter acquisition strategy
- Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring
- Managing media, creative, and fundraising agencies and partnerships
- Overseeing creative production and content to maximise appeal and response
- Analysing campaign results and making data-led decisions to optimise ROI
- Ensuring brand consistency and compliance across all acquisition activity

- Has managed significant customer or supporter recruitment budgets
- Knows how to plan, deliver, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns
- Has strong direct and digital marketing knowledge and can oversee creative development
- Is confident managing suppliers and internal stakeholders
