This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small, collaborative team with a big global mission: to end avoidable blindness. You’ll lead the strategy and day-to-day delivery of Orbis’s supporter acquisition programme, recruiting new donors across a range of fundraising products and channels.

  • Salary: £45,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
  • Location: London (near Charing Cross), with hybrid working – Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent

You'll be responsible for:
  • Developing and delivering Orbis UK's long-term supporter acquisition strategy
  • Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring
  • Managing media, creative, and fundraising agencies and partnerships
  • Overseeing creative production and content to maximise appeal and response
  • Analysing campaign results and making data-led decisions to optimise ROI
  • Ensuring brand consistency and compliance across all acquisition activity
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has managed significant customer or supporter recruitment budgets
  • Knows how to plan, deliver, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns
  • Has strong direct and digital marketing knowledge and can oversee creative development
  • Is confident managing suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Brings a collaborative, proactive mindset with a curiosity about what works and why
  • Believes in Orbis’s mission and is motivated by measurable impact
