About the Role As
Quality Assurance Administrator (Clinical Exams), you’ll
prepare, polish and quality‑check clinical examination scenarios written by experts, ensuring each set is
clear, accurate and ready for delivery. You’ll
coordinate scenario writing activities,
keep the scenario bank accurate and up to date, and
work closely with clinical contributors and colleagues to meet timelines with care.
What working life looks like: - Editing and formatting scenario content in Word so it’s publication‑ready
- Liaising with clinicians to clarify details and capture decisions
- Updating and checking the scenario bank in Excel; maintaining orderly records
- Scheduling scenario writing and review sessions; circulating materials and notes
- Finalising scenario sets to the agreed blueprint and handing over to operations
Key Responsibilities - Maintain the clinical scenario bank to a high standard of accuracy and security
- Assemble scenario sets to agreed specifications, timelines and quality checks
- Run scenario generation and review processes, record actions and outcomes
- Coordinate and support expert contributors and internal stakeholders
- Identify gaps or improvements in the scenario bank and propose solutions
- Provide wider team support during busy assessment periods
Skills / Experience Required You’ll thrive in this
