Job role: Project CoordinatorPay: £21.97 per hour plus holiday Hours: 20 hours per week (part‑time) On‑site: 1 day per week - Tuesday or ThursdayContract: Temporary – 8 Weeks Location: London Your role as a Project Coordinator will be to support a portfolio of international public health research projects by providing high‑quality administrative, financial and logistical coordination on behalf of a leading university based in Central London.
What you will do:- Coordinate non‑scientific project activities (travel, meetings, workshops, expenses).
- Prepare documents and costings for grant applications.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding and payroll changes.
- Update project webpages and contribute to reports and communications.
What you will bring:- Significant experience in administrative and financial support within a research or higher‑education setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident budget monitoring and financial literacy.
