A University in South West London require an International Admissions Officer to join their teams on a temporary contract initially until the end of October, to then be reviewed.

This is a full-time, 35 hours per week role, but reduced hours could be potentially considered.

The client is able to offer flexible working where some weeks will be fully remote however, some weeks will require 1-2 days on-site or maybe more during clearing period, subject to staff numbers at that time.
 
As the International Admissions Officer, you will be required to:
  • Manage and assess international and EU applications.
  • Process decisions through UCAS and internal systems
  • Advise applicants and staff on admissions requirements.
  • Support interview coordination, including MMIs.
  • Assist with CAS issuance and UKVI compliance.
  • Contribute to Confirmation, Clearing and registration activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and help develop efficient processes.
 
To be successful in the role, you will have:
  •  Significant experience in Higher Education international admissions, ideally for PG and/or PHD students
  • Experience in processing and assessing CAS applications
  • Strong IT skills and confidence with student records systems e.g. SITS and CAS Shield
  • Knowledge of UK and international qualifications
  • Excellent communication, accuracy and organisational skills.
