EQOL is a registered charity in England and Wales (no. 1212020)

EQOL is a new charity creating practical services to improve everyday quality of life for neurodivergent adults.

Before we launch, we want to listen.

We’re looking for neurodivergent adults aged 20–40 (diagnosed, self-identified, or questioning) to take part in small, online focus groups. These sessions will help shape services around work, life admin, energy, relationships, and navigating everyday systems.

What’s involved

  • One online focus group (75–90 minutes)
  • Small group (5–7 people)
  • Camera optional, no pressure to speak
  • This is not therapy or assessment

Who can take part

  • Aged 20–40
  • Neurodivergent (diagnosed or not)
  • Based in the UK
  • No preparation needed

What you’ll get

  • Gift / voucher as a thank-you for your time
  • A chance to directly influence what EQOL builds and what we don’t

If you’re interested, drop us a quick email and the team will get in touch:
