Job Role: Exam Invigilator
Location: Cardiff (CF24 area)
Pay: £15.97 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 7:30am – 8:00pm
Duration: 2–3 days per exam period

We are recruiting experienced Exam Invigilators to support examinations delivered by a professional body awarding accredited qualifications. Exams take place in Cardiff every 3 months.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for candidates
• Checking in candidates, verifying identification, and assisting with registration
• Supervising candidates and ensuring exam regulations are followed at all times
• Maintaining a professional, calm, and controlled exam environment throughout the day

Please note: This role involves extended periods of standing and walking.

Requirements

• Previous experience in exam invigilation or exam support is essential
• Professional, reliable, and detail-focused
• Able to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality
