We are seeking a proactive and reliable
Events Administrator to support the planning and delivery of
Graduation 2026, a flagship event welcoming over
2,000 attendees.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination within a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for graduation and related events
- Liaise with internal colleagues, external suppliers, and manage department inboxes
- Upload clear, engaging content to the School’s website and communication platforms
- Produce materials such as email invitations, event briefings, and brochures using branded templates
- Manage large databases and maintain accurate records
- Assist the Events Manager and Executive Assistant with general administrative tasks
About You:- Experience of supporting events and events management skills
- IT Skills including the use of editing and web content management software, database and e-mail communication tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
