Events Administrator (Temporary, Part-Time)

Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm, 3 days per week (flexible days)
Contract: Temporary, Part-Time
Duration: November 2025 – March 2026
Location: Central London (flexible hybrid working)
Interview Date: 13 October 2025
Pay: £16.66 per hour + holiday pay

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Events Administrator to support the planning and delivery of Graduation 2026, a flagship event welcoming over 2,000 attendees.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination within a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for graduation and related events
  • Liaise with internal colleagues, external suppliers, and manage department inboxes
  • Upload clear, engaging content to the School’s website and communication platforms
  • Produce materials such as email invitations, event briefings, and brochures using branded templates
  • Manage large databases and maintain accurate records
  • Assist the Events Manager and Executive Assistant with general administrative tasks
About You:
  • Experience of supporting events and events management skills
  • IT Skills including the use of editing and web content management software, database and e-mail communication tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
