We’re recruiting a
CRM Officer to join a respected membership organisation on a
12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a hands‑on role focused on CRM management, data integrity, user support and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and triage a CRM ticketing system
- Maintain data quality through cleansing and de‑duplication
- Liaise with external technical suppliers
- Deliver CRM training to staff
- Create reports, dashboards and insights
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation
- Support GDPR‑aligned CRM governance
About You
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
- Advanced Excel
- Understanding of GDPR
- Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving skills
