Corporate Partnerships Manager

Salary: c. £39,000
Contract: 18 month FTC
Location: Hybrid, London (3–5 days a week, flexible working considered)

Coram is the UK’s oldest children’s charity, championing children’s rights and supporting thousands of young people every year. Their mission is to create better chances for children — and their Corporate Partnerships team plays a vital role in making this happen.
We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to take ownership of a six-figure strategic partnership with a high-profile corporate supporter. This is a chance to manage a complex, multi-stakeholder relationship and deliver tangible impact for children across the UK.

You will:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of one major corporate partnership, ensuring excellent stewardship and delivery against agreed objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Support the Head of Corporate in developing and securing new business opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across Coram to maximise opportunities for engagement, income generation and impact
  • Use your experience with CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge or similar) to manage information and report effectively
About you:
  • A track record of managing six-figure corporate partnerships or high-value accounts
  • Skilled at balancing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Confident, proactive and solutions-focused, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Able to think strategically while also being hands-on in delivery
  • Passionate about Coram’s mission and motivated by creating better outcomes for children
Flexibility:
This role is offered at around £39,000 on an 18 month fixed-term contract. Coram are open to flexible working: ideally three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), but could be spread across the week or increased to four or five days.

If you are looking for a role where you can have real ownership of a major partnership and make a tangible difference for children, we’d love to hear from you.
