The Role They are looking for a motivated and compassionate Centre Manager to lead services in the city. This is a full-time (37 hours), interim cover role (up to 12 months), based in Leeds.

As the Centre Manager, you’ll:
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of holistic, gender-specific support services for women and girls
  • Manage and develop a talented staff team with the support of a Deputy Manager
  • Build strong partnerships and maintain effective referral pathways
  • Take responsibility for contracts, budgets and reporting to funders
  • Contribute to organisational strategy and drive service improvement

About You You’ll bring experience in:
  • Leading and managing service delivery in the charity, voluntary or public sector
  • Supporting, motivating and developing staff
  • Translating strategy into operational delivery
  • Managing budgets, contracts and performance reporting


You will be:
  • A strong communicator who builds relationships with ease
  • Adaptable, resilient and highly organised
  • Solution-focused, calm under pressure and able to manage risk effectively
  • Passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion


Experience in women’s services or the criminal justice system is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your leadership ability and commitment to making a difference.
