What does the Client Relations team do?

Our Client Relations team work independently of our consultants. Their role is to manage and protect the relationship between TPP and organisations. 

The key parts of the relationship are highlighted below:

  2. Responsible for service reviews
  3. Management and production of Tenders/PSLs/Contracts and Agreements
  4. Advice and support on tailored recruitment campaigns and proposals
  5. Advice and support for recruitment cost
  6. Advice and support with recruitment challenges and solutions
  7. Support long term recruitment planning
  8. Monitor value for money, service and delivery
  9. Reports and Management Information
  10. Promoting TPP's Giving Back services
