Samantha started her recruitment career in 2010 initially as a consultant, progressing up to management following her time at the University of Liverpool where she gained a degree in Sociology.  She joined TPP in 2014 as a consultant on the Education and Training team and now manages the Higher Education division.  Samantha joined the senior management team in January 2020.


Over the years, Samantha has successfully placed professionals across the private, public and non-profit sectors from executive search level, through to all levels of contingency recruitment on an interim and permanent basis.  Samantha has found her niche and passion in supporting universities find new talent. UK universities are integral to the UK economy and play a pivotal role in a person’s education and employment opportunities, not to mention the wide research that impacts innovations across the world.  For Samantha, working in a sector and engaging with candidates that provide such significant social and economic progress is inspiring and rewarding. 


Samantha enjoys travel and has been lucky enough to travel extensively across the world.  Highlights have included hiking Machu Pichu, camping in the Amazon, and snorkelling the great barrier reef. Her time travelling has opened her eyes to the climate crisis, and she is passionate about supporting environmental causes.

    We are working with leading health research organisation to recruit five Research Grants Officers as a result of continued expansion paying £26-28k per annum with a clear career progression plan. The role is responsible for delivering research competitions in close working partnership with stakeholders.
