Joanne started her career as team support and PA to the Chief Executive for a small charity recruitment agency before joining TPP in 2007 as support for the Senior Appointments team. In 2010 Joanne joined the marketing team, whilst studying for the IDM Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing and now holds the position of part-time Head of Marketing. Joanne works closely with all divisions, including the ales team, finance, IT and compliance to acquire and retain job seekers and clients. Specialities include, email campaigns, website management, social media, events, campaign management, marketing strategy and budget control.

In her limited spare time, with 3 young children, Joanne enjoys afternoon tea and walking – and can get a little obsessed with tracking her daily steps and competing with herself (and has recently signed up for the Mighty Hike, marathon walk)

Why did you join TPP?

I was working at a small agency with little opportunity for career progression. On my first interview I felt an instant ‘I want to work with these people’, they were so passionate about what they do, supportive and offered good career progression opportunities.

Your greatest achievement?

That would have to be my 3 children, (who keep me on my toes!)
