Bita has over 10 years’ experience in recruiting for the non-profit and public sectors. During this time Bita has recruited for both finance & HR Professionals and now focuses on recruiting interim finance, IT & facilities professionals and manages the Finance, IT & Facilities and Human Resources teams.
Why did you join TPP?
After years of working in a bigger firm who had greater focus on revenue, I wanted to join a company where the people whether its TPP staff, candidates or clients are at the heart of the company’s policies and practices and that’s what I found here at TPP Recruitment.
Your greatest achievement?
Keeping my child alive for 16 months
