About this event

As part of our commitment to the higher education sector, TPP are hosting an Altogether Better Inclusive Recruitment Lunchtime Workshop on Tuesday 12th March 2024 from 12-1pm.   

This online workshop provides HR, Recruitment professionals, and Hiring Managers, within the higher education sector, the opportunity to network, share best practice and find solutions to common problems.

Workshop topic: “Role Design – the benefits and how to successfully design a role”  

During this collaborative and interactive workshop, we will explore:

  • How we can use role design to create good quality, sustainable roles that will benefit both employees and the organisation
  • How we can use role design to support inclusive recruitment and ensure roles appeal to the widest, most diverse pool of candidates possible
  • How to successfully design a role

Our aim will be to leave you with some practical tips and advice from us and other participating delegates to implement into your processes.
