As part of our commitment to the non profit sector, TPP are hosting our next Altogether Better Inclusive Recruitment Lunchtime Workshop on Tuesday 12th November 2024 from 12-1pm.   

Workshop Topic: “Inclusive interviewing”

This free, online workshop provides HR, Recruitment, and Hiring Managers, within the non profit sector,  the opportunity to network, share best practice and find solutions to common problems.

Workshop type: Online, virtual workshop via Zoom (NOT recorded)

During this collaborative and interactive workshop we will explore:

  • How to provide a positive candidate experience before interviews to maximise attendance and so candidates can showcase their true potential
  • Inclusive Interview questions that will assess candidate’s skills and capability for the role whilst ensuring they will be the right ADD for your organisational culture
  • Why providing comprehensive interview feedback will protect and support your organisation’s brand and future talent pipeline

Our aim is to leave you with practical tips and advice from us and other participating delegates to implement into your processes.
