Skills Required for Operations Jobs
Although non profit organisations do not normally require formal qualifications, anyone interested in jobs in operations management needs to be an excellent communicator with strong operational management experience and good leadership and staff management skills. They should also be a problem solver, with good analytical skills and good knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office.
Operations Managers can often progress into Operations Director roles.
