TPP Healthcare run a Vocational Skills Programme, this aims to provide clients with extra help in the workplace and for candidates to build their experience within a NHS / GP environment, with the first 25 hours of completed work voluntary for your practice, then continued at a discounted rate.
This opportunity allows candidates to develop new skills which should help them towards obtaining a paid role.
Why should your practice take part?
By helping young people to gain work experience, your practice can reap real benefits, such as:
Developing the supervisory and management skills of your workforce
Enhancing your public profile by supporting your local community
Accessing a pool of hidden talent – people who offer enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to your business
Promoting workforce diversity
TPP will continue to supply the candidate at a discounted rate after the initial voluntary period
Why are we running the programme?
There is a general shortage of candidates with the specific skills required to work in roles in GP practices, and it can be difficult for jobseekers to get the required experience. By linking candidates with employers, we can help them gain the skills they need to gain paid work.
What roles does the programme cover?
Medical Notes Summariser
Deduction/Medical Records Clerk
