Assessment Administrator

Experienced immediately available Assessment Administrator, responsible for all areas of the examinations lifecycle for both paper based and e-assessments.

  • Has worked with Ofqual regulated awarding bodies and Royal Colleges ensuring all processes meet the required standards for both in person and online distance exams, including online and e-assessments.
  • Confidence in managing the full examination lifecycle, from receiving and processing exam orders from approved programme providers and individual candidates through to ensuring the accurate distribution of results.
  • Excellent IT and data skills to collate feedback and performance data, providing reports to internal and external stakeholders, as well as inputtimng the  student data onto CRM systems, trackimg student progression and handling payments/invoices to customers and examiners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when receiving and logging returned exams, ensures validity and reliability of results and control sheets, including the reporting of any anomalies.
  • A genuine people person with a strong focus on customer service. Answering student, examiner, marker and centre queries via email and over the phone on a global scale; this includes coordinating externally sourced invigilators and examiners on an international basis, managing their schedules and processing their invoices.
  • Also responsible for formatting of examination material, co-ordinating the production, and shipping  the materials including dealing with customs arrangements.
