I am very excited to be working with a National Children's Charity to help them find a Work Place Campaigns Manager. We are looking for someone who has experience of managing and supporting campaigns. Part of this role is ensuring legal compliance with the terms of Commission licenses and for managing and supporting the related administration. This post will have the primary responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the administration function supporting all Workplace Giving campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the following abilities;
*Responsible for the management and co-ordination and to ensure legal compliance with the terms of the Commission licenses.
*To ensure that effective processes and procedures are in place to manage the collation, reconciliation and production of detailed reporting for auditing purposes to ensure legal compliance at all times.
*Primary responsibility for the administration function supporting all Workplace Giving campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
*To manage the Workplace Giving Campaign Administration Officer post and, upon request, deputise for the Operations Manager of Workplace Giving where appropriate to resolve staff issues, manage marketing activities and represent WPG at inter-departmental meetings.
*Lead, coach and motivate direct reports to achieve shared aims and agreed objectives.
*Assisting the WPG Operations Manager with the Workplace Giving fundraising strategy, including marketing plans and campaign activity, in order to maximise income and support.
