Ward Coordinator/Administrator (Temporary)
Based in Central London
37.5 hours per week - Full time
8.30am - 4.30pm - Mondays to Fridays
£9 - £10 per hour

Starting 17th of February


Are you available to start a temporary position in February for a period of 3 to 4 months?

Are you a Medical Receptionist or Administrator experienced working within a busy Private Clinic environment?

Our client is a busy Private Clinic seeking a Ward coordinator to act as the first point of contact to high profile patients. The successful applicant will be  responsible for providing an excellent customer service to patients and carrying out general administrative duties efficiently.


Other main duties of the Ward Coordinator will include:

Welcoming patients in a friendly, efficient and professional manner,

Answering telephone and face to face queries also as above,

Demonstrating confidentiality and sensitivity when handling patient correspondence,

Filing and scanning patient correspondence when required.

The following experience/attributes are desirable or will be considered:

A minimum of 1 years' Front of house and administrative experience in a Private clinic environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workload whilst attending to patients on a busy clinic ward are also desirable attributes for this position.
