Locations: Midlands, Greater London, Essex and the North East.
The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. We provide, on call, a 24 hour lifeboat search and rescue service around the UK and Ireland, and a seasonal lifeguard service. With our lifeboats, lifeguards, safety initiatives and flood rescue we are committed to saving more lives.
We are looking for the right person with business/entrepreneurial experience to deliver workshops and presentations to colleges and Further and Higher Education providers in the Midlands, Essex, Greater London and the North East.
This is an exciting, innovative and fast paced role working with Further and Higher Education providers to help arm students with the skills to make judgements on issues relating to water safety and day-to-day decision making. Working in pairs, you will deliver workshops and presentations that promote team building, risk management, leadership and entrepreneurship amongst young people which contributes towards their academic qualifications and their employability.
This involves delivering classroom based sessions over a number of weekdays at various locations within your region throughout the academic year.
It is a good opportunity for the right person to join a motivated and enthusiastic team and have the satisfaction of contributing to the RNLI’s goal to reduce drowning.
If you have good communication skills, are business minded, enjoy working as part of a team, have an interest in the RNLI and the ability to deliver effectively to this age group this could be the role for you. No maritime experience necessary.
