|Job Title||Volunteer Secretary - Belfast City Fundraising Network, Northern Ireland - EXPIRED|
|Contract Type||Temporary / Interim|
|Job Published||09 Sep 2015|
|Contact Name||Volunteers Team|
The RNLI has a network of local fundraising groups organising a wide range of activities and events which last year raised £14 million to save lives at sea. Each team is supported by a Community Fundraising Manager, although the range and frequency of fundraising events is determined by the team members themselves.
Becoming part of the new Belfast City Fundraising Network could offer you an opportunity to improve your CV, meet new people or learn new skills. Some of our team members have been volunteering for many years, some just join us for a few months – whatever their commitments allow.
We are looking for someone to be the primary point of contact between the Belfast City Fundraising Network and the Fundraising & Communications office and play a key role in ensuring effective communication. You will distribute information to network members, take notes at meetings and place printing and materials orders. This would suit someone who is highly organised and efficient, used to meeting deadlines and has an enthusiasm for getting involved with fundraising events and activities.
Whether you have experience in administration or secretarial work, or you want to develop such skills, this could be just the role for you! This is a great opportunity to really make a difference by raising vital funds for our volunteer crew members and lifeguards.
